Jorge has over 15 years of international work experience gained through international organizations, both in the public and the private sector in the United States, England, & Venezuela, focused mostly in the finance sector. In 2009 he achieved a Dual Masters Degree of Science in International Finance and in 2012 earned a Master in Oil Commerce and Politics from the University of Westminster. He went on to study law at Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela. Jorge is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese
